A muscular, alternative rock, soaring with the sounds of the sixties.... Such as we can describe the music of Les Hôtesses d'Hilaire. The members of the group are Serge Brideau, voice and guitar, Michel Vienneau, bass, Mico Roy guitars, Maxence Cormier, drums, Léandre Bourgeois, keyboard. Living and working in a region best known for its country and traditional music, their music packs a punch on Acadia's radio waves.
In the fall of 2012, Les Hôtesses d'Hilaire received two awards at the New Brunswick Music Gala, namely Emerging Artist of the Year and the Bell Aliant Public Prize, as well as three awards at the FrancoFête en Acadie, namely the RADARTS Prize - GRANBY, the RADARTS Prize - Large Spaces Network and the RADARTS Prize - Ontario Network. “Hilarious to Drink” is a production by Pascal Lejeune.
